Daniel Renné is the co-founder and owner/broker of FLUX Real Estate (now FLUX @ Compass). He began his real estate career in 2005 with a group of high-performing agents at RE/MAX Eastside Brokers, and in 2011 partnered with Paul Fennell to found FLUX Real Estate, a Seattle brokerage that has closed nearly 2,000 transactions and approached $1 billion in sales.

In 2025, Daniel and Paul merged their firm with Compass to form FLUX @ Compass, operating out of Compass' Fremont office. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Operations and is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), with expertise spanning new construction, investment properties, renovations, and the business and listing aspects of real estate.
