He partnered with Tom and Matt Hume at Windermere Professional Partners in 2007, where 'David Gala & The Hume Group' became the top-selling team in the area for nearly a decade.

He weathered the 2008 downturn alongside the team, at times managing 60 concurrent listings. After an extended sabbatical, David returned to The Hume Group. He describes his philosophy simply: 'I believe in the Golden Rule/Karma, and treat my clients with the same care that I would hope to receive,' emphasizing careful marketing, stress reduction, and negotiation expertise.
