Geoff Wood has served as CEO of Windermere Services Company since 2003. He joined Windermere Real Estate in 1993 to manage five Jacobi family-owned offices in Seattle, after working in construction and business management for Timberland Homes. Founder John Jacobi (his father-in-law) brought him into the company in 1994 to help run the rapidly growing business.

He works closely with his wife Jill Jacobi Wood, co-president, and under his leadership Windermere expanded into California, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, Utah and Hawaii. He and Jill ranked No. 14 in the Swanepoel Power 200. Windermere is now the largest regional real estate company in the Western U.S. with 300+ offices and 6,500 agents.
