About Heidi
Who you'd actually be working with.
Heidi Dyer is an award-winning Managing Broker who established NW Elite Home Brokers in April 2020 after working with high-end international realty firms. The brokerage, based in Downtown Tacoma's Historic Engine House #4, operates as a small, close-knit team of highly motivated brokers guided by 'The Golden Rule.' Her earlier career included roles at Horizon Airlines (SeaTac) and seven years with Holland America Cruise Lines.
