John grew up in the Seattle area (Eastside Catholic, Seattle Central Community College) and opened his first business at 19. He entered real estate in 2008, just months before the recession, and built a successful practice through the downturn.

He is the strategist and navigator of the Windermere partnership Home Docket, with strategic relationships with 70+ Seattle-area builders and developers and specialized expertise in land development, sales, and marketing.
