Before real estate he was a server at 13 Coins Restaurant for 20 years and started Paul's Burger Joint in Burien and Des Moines in the early 1980s.

He works with buyers, sellers and roughly 10 small builders, helping clients find land opportunities, new construction, resale, condos and townhomes.
