Paul Rice is a native Washingtonian with deep Pacific Northwest roots. After growing up in Seattle and studying theater at Emerson College, he wrote for the Seattle Times and The Escapist, moved to Port Townsend and opened a pinball bar, then earned his real estate license in 2016.

Now a Compass broker (Zenith), he has completed over 150 transactions across five Washington counties - Jefferson, Kitsap, Snohomish, King and Pierce - helping clients with houses, investment homes, businesses, vacant land and commercial property. He lives in Edmonds with his wife and fellow broker Louisa Cranston and their four children.
