Born and raised in Seattle, Phil Georgas has been a licensed real estate broker since 1985 and a full-time broker for over 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University. Prior to owning an Assist-2-Sell franchise (joined in 2006), he was a respected broker at Windermere Real Estate and a top agent at Coldwell Banker Danforth, winning their International Sterling Society Award for excellence in real estate sales.
He is Owner of Assist-2-Sell Buyers & Sellers Home Realty in Seattle and is known for strong communication, responsiveness, and negotiation.
