Steve Beck is an Associate Broker with John L. Scott in the Renton area with over 40 years in the real estate business. He bought his first home in 1977 and was licensed a year later. He worked for Northwest Brokers Real Estate, one of the oldest real estate companies in King County, and bought the firm in 1984.

He co-founded 'The Residential New Construction Report' (a research firm tracking single-family homes, lots and land across Puget Sound and six surrounding states) and Fairwood Park Escrow, and was instrumental in developing more than 20 new neighborhoods in King County. He has served on numerous governmental task forces and community committees.
