Summer Wilborn is the owner and designated broker of Better Properties North Proctor, the oldest standing real estate office in Tacoma's Proctor District and the only large (over 100 brokers) brokerage in Pierce County to be woman-owned and run.

The daughter of a local contractor and granddaughter of a local developer, she returned to her real estate roots in 2010 after 12 years in education and acquired Better Properties N. Proctor after working alongside the previous owner for five years.
