Born in Vietnam in 1970, he came to America as a young child and once lived in a homeless shelter before joining Windermere Real Estate as an agent in 1991, where he became one of Washington State's top producers, and later John L.

Scott, where he sold over 130 homes annually. Over 30 years he and his team have helped over 2,500 families achieve homeownership, ranking in the top 1% of agents nationwide. He is also a sought-after speaker, author, philanthropist and co-founder of 'The Gift,' and created the American Dream program to help homeless families into permanent housing.
